Led by Female, Transgender, and Non Binary figures, North Carolina’s Bob Moog celebration, Moogfest, unveils the first wave of its 2018 lineup.

Spread across music and technology, Moogfest aims to develop conversation at the intersection between art and tech, featuring pioneers and foremost representatives in their respective fields. This year is no different, with the likes of Aurora Hala, Ellen Alien, Honey Dijon, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Shanti Celeste and Umfang joining some 25 others from the vast spectrum of electronic music.

Additionaly, several keynote talks and conversations have been announced, headlined by whistleblowing icon Chelsea Manning in conversation on how technology enables radical disruption in the personal and political spheres(!). Additional conversations come from transhumanist Dr. Martine Rothblatt, VR pioneer Jaron Lanier, Dr. Kate Shaw from the CERN Large Hadron Collider, Harvard’s Dr. Joe Davis, and philosopher Nick Bostrum.

The 6-day experiential adventure Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest is going into its second year in Negril, Jamaica, announcing a slew of acts across genre in their Phase I 2018 lineup.

Expertly curated by foremost representatives of the conscious festival movement, May 1 – 6, 2018 will feature a mix of festival mainstays and all new experiences to explore, resulting in a transformative week through the power of music, wellness, sustainability, plant therapies and singular experiences.

Several stages have been curated, however the festival’s House heavy Vibez Tribe has us interested! With Audiofly, Wolf + Lamb, Soul Clap, and more will unite House Music’s global scene and present a showcase of soulful beats into another dimension of space and sound.

Finally, and groundbreaking to festival sphere, the new element for Tmrw.Tday 2018 is entitled the The Garden of Mary and serves as an educational oasis inviting participants into the world of Alternative Therapies and Plant Medicines led by the President of the Ganja Farmers Association of Westmoreland. The programme built around responsible Cannabis use includes Speaker Sessions, Reasoning Sessions, and a deep dive into the wonders of Alternative Therapy and Natural Healing.
